DRACULA BOOK COVER

This project explores a contemporary redesign of Bram Stoker’s Dracula through typography, atmosphere, and visual symbolism. The goal was to create a cover that reflects the dark romantic tone of the novel.The design uses deep red textures, dramatic contrast, and serif typography to evoke themes of mystery, seduction, and gothic horror. The composition focuses on strong visual hierarchy and minimal elements, allowing the typography and colour palette to carry the emotional tone of the piece. Inspired by classic gothic literature and modern book design, the cover balances historical reference with contemporary design sensibilities. This project demonstrates my approach to cover design, where typography, layout, and atmosphere work together to communicate narrative and mood.
